Hikari is OK and so are the other brands. Just make sure that the protein content exceeds 40%. The best test is to see how the GF react to the food. Try different brands. Your GF can taste the difference. GF needs some live foods to grow really well. For those fortunate to have their GF ponds outside of the home, there will always be the occassional insect eggs etc. for the GF to feed. The other best option is to feed them frozen bloodworms or if you can afford it, frozen mosquito larva. Live foods tends to bring in many parisite. I find it really hard to treat them without getting the GF into trouble once in a while.
Some have successfully raised GF on a diet of Hikari and frozen bloodworms for many years now with very brilliant colour development and maintenance. My local breed Japanese ranchu reach a length of 6 inches after 1 year from fry.

Krill are excellent food not only for GF but humans as well. Try the freeze dried ones yourself and you will know what I mean. Much sweeter than prawns. The only thing to look out for is to try to remove the poky head & legs etc. from the krill before you feed your GF.

Duckweed is excellent for GF especially the "senior citizen". Feed them the small variety ones. For those with outdoor pond, duckweed also removes undesirable toxins in the water. Only problem is it is hard to buy in LFS.
It should be around 1 dollar or 2 dollar you can get it from farmart either Guppy Galaxy or another plant shop in Farmart. If you have greenwater i think the goldfish would just eat the algae in it and no need to buy any duckweed if not you would need to get some duckweed to supply them the fibre
